Dog Walking

Your dog will have SO much fun walking with us! Not only will they get their exercise, they will also be learning how to loose leash walk in a pack and/or alone, how to sit and stay all while enjoying the great outdoors! They will definitely enjoy one of the many trails that we have chosen in the area. All dogs will have “Group Integration” walks before being in a large group. ALL integration walks are done on weekends only. The first walk will be 1 on 1 so that our trainer can build a bond with your dog and better understand the behaviors that will need to be worked on. There is a minimum of 2 walks, or as many as 8 walks to be done before we can place your dog in a weekly group walk.

Our more experienced furry friends can be placed into groups of up to 8. Each walk will last a minimum of 30 minutes for new dogs. Once we have placed your dog in the proper group, the walk time will extend to an hour or longer. All walks are on leash until the behaviorist has taught your furry friend how to be more responsive in all environments. We work with long leashes and different reward systems to teach a great recall in all situations. Dog parks may also be used as a safe space to work on behaviors when they are empty and/or during bad weather conditions.

 Individual walks include:

  • A walk around your neighborhood

  • Food and water bowls filled, as needed

  • Lots of affection and attention

  • An email/note detailing the highlights of our walk

Rates:

  • 30-minute walk - $25.00 (1-3 walks per week)

    • Second Dog (same household) Only $10.00 more

  • One hour walk - $40.00 (1-3 walks per week)

    • Second Dog (same household) Only $15.00 more

Group Integration Walks:

  • Your dog will be driven to a park for a walk on a trail with space

  • Other dogs will be transported in the same vehicle, if possible, or in a separate vehicle

  • There will be 2 people if necessary, the behaviorist and a helper

  • Initial dogs are the behaviorist dogs to help with pack manners

Rates:

  • One hour walk- $40 (all walks on weekends to get ready for weekday walks)

Group Walks

  • One hour walk - $25.00

    • Second Dog (same household) Only $15.00 more

Requirements:

  • All vaccinations must be up to date

  • Dogs over the age of 12 months must be spayed/neutered

  • Standard 6 ft. leash

  • Collars to be recommended dependent on dog
